Salary: £26k 
Hours: Full-time, 8:15 am - 3:30 pm
Contract: Permanent, September 2025 - ongoing

Your Role as a AQA English Teacher

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Differentiate learning by adapting teaching methods to support diverse needs and ensure student progress.
• Inspire and motivate students by cultivating a love for AQA English in an environment that nurtures curiosity.
• Maintain classroom discipline using effective behaviour management strategies to create a structured, positive space.
• Collaborate and innovate with colleagues on curriculum planning and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid Teacher Reference Number (TRN).
• Minimum 6 months teaching experience in Key Stage 3 & GCSE Maths.
• Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
